Zir Tang (Persian: زيرتنگ) is a village in, and the capital of, Bijnavand Rural District of Zagros District, Chardavol County, Ilam province, Iran. The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Balavah Tareh-ye Sofla, now the city of Balavah.
