Tomer Eliyahu (Hebrew: תומר אליהו; born 25 February 1975) is a retired Israeli professional association football player. Known as a journeyman, Eliyahu played more than 350 matches in thirteen seasons in Israel's Ligat ha'Al filling in as both a defender and a midfielder.
