Teodoro Fernandes Sampaio

Teodoro Fernandes Sampaio (Portuguese pronunciation: [teoˈdɔɾu feʁˈnɐ̃dʒis sɐ̃ˈpaju]) (7 January 1855 – 11 October 1937) was a Brazilian polymath and public intellectual who worked as an engineer, geographer, politician, and historian.
