Tara Dragas (born 17 February 2007) is an Italian rhythmic gymnast of Slovenian descent. She is the 2022 European ribbon junior silver medalist.
At the national level, she is the 2025 Italian all-around silver medalist, the 2022 Italian Junior champion and a two-time (2020, 2021) Italian Junior silver medalist.
