Svartfjelljøkelen is a glacier located in Loppa Municipality in Troms og Finnmark county, Norway. The glacier covers an area of approximately 4.13 square kilometres (1.59 sq mi), making it one of the smaller glaciers in the region.

The glacier reaches a maximum elevation of 1,082 metres (3,550 ft) above sea level, while its lowest point is around 414 metres (1,358 ft) above sea level. Svartfjelljøkelen is situated about 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) east of the village of Bergsfjord and around 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) southwest of the village of Nuvsvåg. It lies on the northern side of the Svartfjellet mountain, from which it takes its name.
