Sophie Louise Ingle OBE (born 2 September 1991) is a Welsh footballer who is currently a free agent and is a former captain of the Wales national team. She has previously represented Bristol Academy, Cardiff City, Liverpool and Chelsea. Ingle plays as either a defender or defensive midfielder.
In 2020, her Chelsea goal against Arsenal was nominated for the FIFA Puskas Award.
