Sar Bala (Persian: سربالا) is a village in, and the capital of, Pain Rokh Rural District of Jolgeh Rokh District, Torbat-e Heydarieh County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Nasar, now a city.
