Safwat Ghayur (14 July 1959 – 4 August 2010) was an additional Inspector General of the Police Service of Pakistan, serving as the commandant of the Frontier Constabulary in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Renowned for his leadership in the fight against terrorism, he was tragically killed in a suicide attack by the Pakistani Taliban.
