Roy A. Vitousek

Royal "Roy" Arnold Vitousek, (May 6, 1890 – April 3, 1947) — was a member of the Hawaii Territorial House of Representatives from 1922 to 1944. He was Speaker of the House from 1931–1932, 1935–1940, and 1943-1944.
