Robert MacLaren Fowler OC (7 December 1906 – 13 July 1980) was a Canadian lawyer, best remember for chairing the Royal Commission on Broadcasting of 1955–57, whose conclusions, though not adopted at the time, eventually led to the creation of the Canadian Radio-Television Commission.
