Brigadier Sir Robert Duncan Harris Arundell, KCMG, OBE (22 July 1904 – 24 March 1989) was a British diplomat who became Governor and Commander in Chief of the Windward Islands and later Governor of Barbados and acting Governor-General of the West Indies.
