Richard Spaight Donnell

Richard Spaight Donnell (September 20, 1820 – June 3, 1867) was a US Congressional Representative from North Carolina. He was born in New Bern, North Carolina, and was the grandson of Richard Dobbs Spaight, one of the United States Founding Fathers.
