Qanat-e Kasian (Persian: قناتكاسيان, also Romanized as Qanāt-e Kāsīān; also known as Kāsīān, Kāsīān-e Pā’īn, Kāsīān-e Soflá, and Khāsiān) is a village in Beyranvand-e Jonubi Rural District, Bayravand District, Khorramabad County, Lorestan Province, Iran.
