Proszowa [prɔˈʂɔva] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Mirsk, within Lwówek Śląski County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border. It lies approximately 9 km (6 mi) south-east of Mirsk, 22 km (14 mi) south of Lwówek Śląski, and 111 km (69 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
