Pramanta (Greek: Πράμαντα) is a village and a former municipality in the Ioannina regional unit, Epirus, in northwestern Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform, it is part of the municipality North Tzoumerka, of which it is a municipal unit. In 2021 its population was 1,514 for the community and 1,759 for the municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 69.058 km2 and the community 39.435 km2. Pramanta is situated in the Athamanika mountains, at about 840m elevation. It is 4 km west of Melissourgoi, 6 km north of Agnanta, 6 km south of Prosilio, 65 km southeast of Ioannina, 70 km northeast of Arta and 28 km south of Metsovo.
