Pameungpeuk is a sub-district in Garut Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. The sub-district is about 86 Km from the capital city of Garut Regency to the south. Its administrative center is in Mandalakasih Village (Desa Mandalakasih). This sub-district is located in the southern part of Garut and is the most developed sub-district center in the region. It is located 131 kilometres by road south of Bandung.
