Okinsky District (Russian: Оки́нский райо́н; Buryat: Ахын аймаг, Akhyn aimag) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the twenty-one in the Republic of Buryatia, Russia. It is located in the west of the republic. The area of the district is 26,012 square kilometers (10,043 sq mi). Its administrative center is the rural locality (a selo) of Orlik. As of the 2010 Census, the total population of the district was 5,353, with the population of Orlik accounting for 47.7% of that number.
