Trinity Faith Horstman of Onalaska was crowned Miss Wisconsin's Teen on June 23, 2023 at Oshkosh West High School's Alberta Kimball Auditorium in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In January 2024, she competed in the Miss America's Teen 2024 pageant, where she did not place. She crowned her successor Miss Foot of the Lake's Teen 2024, Ella Marie Julianne Bey, 15, of Pewaukee as Miss Wisconsin's Teen 2024 on June 21, 2024 in Oshkosh.
In 2023, the national pageant program changed the name of all state teen titles, removing the word "Outstanding".
On September 17, 2024, the state pageant announced that the Miss Wisconsin's Teen pageant (as well as the Miss Wisconsin pageant) will be held in New Berlin, Wisconsin. This will mark the first time that Waukesha County will host the annual state pageants. The Wisconsin teenager pageant began in Oshkosh in June 2005.
Winning the Miss Wisconsin's Teen title on her third attempt was vocalist and appointed Miss Capital City's Natalie Popp of Fitchburg, last year's state second runner-up. She is the first teen winner chosen and crowned in New Berlin, the new host location of the pageant after the teenager competition was began and was held in Oshkosh since 2005.
