Milikowo [miliˈkɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Stary Dzierzgoń, within Sztum County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 7 km (4 mi) north-east of Stary Dzierzgoń, 31 km (19 mi) east of Sztum, and 78 km (48 mi) south-east of the regional capital Gdańsk.
The settlement was founded during medieval Ostsiedlung by a lokator named Heinrich, who probably came from German-settled Silesia, and hence the village was named Heinrichsdorf.
Until 1945 the area was part of Germany. For the history of the region, see History of Pomerania.
