Michael "Mick"/"Mike" Harrison (born 1946) is an English former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s. He played at representative level for Great Britain and England, and at club level for Hull F.C. (two spells), and Leeds, as a centre, or prop.
