This list of the tallest buildings in Milan ranks buildings in Milan, Italy by height. Milan is the capital and largest city of the region of Lombardy, with a city proper population of 1.4 million. The wider Milan metropolitan area, spanning over 1,891 square kilometres (730 sq mi) has a population of over 6 million, making it the most populous metropolitan area in Italy, ahead of the capital, Rome. Milan is home to the majority of skyscrapers and high-rises in Italy, and has the country's tallest building, Unicredit Tower, an office skyscraper built in 2012 that reaches 217.7 metres (714 feet) in height.
Milan's earliest high-rises date back to the 1950s, where a few significant tall buildings were constructed: the mushroom-shaped Torre Velasca, the modernist Grattacielo Pirelli, and the international-style Torre Galfa and Breda Tower. This was followed by a period from the 1960s to the 1990s when few high-rise buildings were completed. In the 2010s, Milan saw a rise in the construction of office, residential, and mixed-use skyscrapers, particularly in the Porta Nuova and CityLife districts, where its tallest buildings are now concentrated.
As of 2025, Milan has 17 buildings that reach a height of 100 m (328 ft), five of which are taller than 150 m (492 ft). Milan's tallest buildings are known for their unique architecture and massing, such as the twisting Generali Tower, the curved Libeskind Tower, and the aforementioned Torre Velasca. A further five buildings above 100 m are under construction.
