Kvartsytne (Ukrainian: Кварцитне), formerly known as Pershotravneve (Ukrainian: Першотравневе) is a rural settlement in Korosten Raion, Zhytomyr Oblast, Ukraine. Population: 2,326 (2022 estimate) In 2011, the population was 2,620.
