Koziniec [kɔˈʑiɲɛt͡s] is a village (former city) in the administrative district of Gmina Ząbkowice Śląskie, within Ząbkowice Śląskie County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 6 km (4 mi) north-west of Ząbkowice Śląskie and 61 km (38 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.
