Kołaki Kościelne [kɔˈwaki kɔɕˈt͡ɕɛlnɛ] is a village in Zambrów County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Kołaki Kościelne. It lies approximately 9 km (6 mi) north-east of Zambrów and 55 km (34 mi) west of the regional capital Białystok.
