Kiknursky District (Russian: Ки́кнурский райо́н) is an administrative and municipal district (raion), one of the thirty-nine in Kirov Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southwest of the oblast. The area of the district is 1,680 square kilometers (650 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality (an urban-type settlement) of Kiknur. Population: 9,795 (2010 Census); 13,228 (2002 Census); 16,347 (1989 Soviet census). The population of Kiknur accounts for 50.7% of the district's total population.
