Khanom babin (Thai: ขนมบ้าบิ่น, romanized: khanombābin, pronounced [kʰā.nǒm bâː.bìn]), also spelled as kanom babin, is a popular Thai dessert that comes from Ayutthaya. It is made from young coconut, rice flour, coconut milk, sugar and egg.
