The Karasu (Kazakh: Қарасу; Russian: Карасу) is a river in Karkaraly District, Karaganda Region, Kazakhstan. It is 57 kilometres (35 mi) long and has a basin of 661 km2 (255 sq mi).
The Karasu is one of the longest rivers flowing into endorheic lake Karasor. There are no settlements near its banks. The nearest inhabited place is Koyandy village, 5 kilometres (3.1 mi) to the southeast of the river's mouth. A bridge crosses the river 1.5 kilometres (0.93 mi) upstream from its mouth.
