Kaniów [ˈkaɲuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gubin, within Krosno Odrzańskie County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland, close to the German border. It lies approximately 15 km (9 mi) east of Gubin, 19 km (12 mi) south-west of Krosno Odrzańskie, and 41 km (25 mi) west of Zielona Góra.
