José Juan "JJ" Macías Guzmán (born 22 September 1999) is a Mexican former professional footballer who played as a forward.
Macías initiated his career at Guadalajara, debuting in July 2017. He spent two seasons on loan at León, where his remarkable performances earned him a place in the Best XI for the Clausura 2019. In June 2022, he faced an injury that kept him off the field for 18 months. Multiple setbacks ultimately led to his retirement at the age of 25.
