Jim Murdaugh (born October 2, 1952) is an American administrator, retired military officer and retired law-enforcement officer who is the president of Tallahassee State College. He previously served as Director of the Florida Public Safety Institute for 11 years. In 2010 Murdaugh was selected to serve as the 6th president of Tallahassee State College after the departure of former President William D. Law. He assumed office on October 18, 2010.
