Jemielnica (1945-47: Imielnica) [jɛmjɛlˈnit͡sa] (Himmelwitz) is a village in Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Jemielnica. It lies approximately 9 km (6 mi) north-east of Strzelce Opolskie and 35 km (22 mi) south-east of the regional capital Opole.
The village, as part of Gmina Jemielnica has been officially bilingual in Polish and German since 2006.
