Jack Patrick Curtis (January 11, 1937 – May 12, 2025) was an American professional baseball player and left-handed pitcher who worked in 69 games in Major League Baseball for the Chicago Cubs (1961–62), Milwaukee Braves (1962), and Cleveland Indians (1963). He was listed as 5 feet 10 inches (1.78 m) tall and 175 pounds (79 kg) and signed with the Cubs in 1955 after graduating from Granite Falls High School in Granite Falls, North Carolina.
