Ilkin Dovlatov (Azerbaijani: İlkin Dövlətov, IPA: [ilˈcin dœy̯ˈlætow]; born 16 June 1990) is an Azerbaijani mugham singer. He rose to prominence after finishing second in The Voice of Azerbaijan (native songs version). Accompanying Fahree, he represented Azerbaijan in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 with the song "Özünlə apar".
