Hikmet Ali Kıvılcımlı (1902, Pristina, Kosovo Vilayet, Ottoman Empire – 1971, Belgrade) was a Turkish Marxist–Leninist–Socialist revolutionary, theoretician, writer, publicist, and translator. He was the founder of the Homeland Party (1954).
