Henry Henderson (1843, Perthshire, Scotland – 12 February 1891, Quilimane, Mozambique) was a lay Church of Scotland missionary in present-day Malawi. He was identified as one of the three "Martyrs of Blantyre" even though his wife, Harriet Henderson and their son also died.
