Harel Locker

Harel Locker (Hebrew: הראל לוקר; born 1965) is an Israeli lawyer and civil servant. He is the Chairman of Paz Oil Company. Previously, he was Director General of the Israeli Prime Minister's Office, from December 2011 to October 2015, then served as chairman of Israel Aerospace Industries, for three years.
