Georgina Theodora Wood JSC OSG (née Lutterodt; born 8 June 1947) is a Ghanaian former judge and a former police prosecution officer. She was the first woman Chief Justice of Ghana. She retired in 2017 after five decades of service to the state. She is a member of the Council of State.
