Stephen Delicato (born 1990) is an American professional wrestler, better known under his ring name Frightmare. He performed in the Chikara professional wrestling promotion, where he was a former Young Lions Cup Champion. He has also worked for promotions such as Evolve Wrestling, International Wrestling Cartel, IWA East Coast, Jersey All Pro Wrestling, and Synergy Professional Wrestling, where he is a 2-time Synergy Pro Wrestling Champion.
