Fredrick Crissman Wheeler (September 18, 1867 – November 23, 1934) was an American Socialist labor leader and politician who served on the Los Angeles City Council from 1913 to 1917 and again from 1921 to 1925. In 1909, he came within "a narrow plurality" of being elected mayor of the city.
