Ester Larsen (23 May 1936 – 18 January 2025) was a Danish Venstre politician and schoolteacher who served as the Danish Minister of Health under the final two governments of Prime Minister Poul Schlüter from 1989 to 1993. She was a member of the Folketing as a representative of the Vestsjælland County constituency between 1994 and 2005. Larsen was appointed Commander of the Order of the Dannebrog in 1990.
