Emilio Lozoya Austin

Emilio Ricardo Lozoya Austin (Chihuahua, Chihuahua, December 9, 1974) is a Mexican economist and politician. He was the CEO of Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX) from 2012 to 2016.. Acussed of receiving bribes from Odebrecht, his case remains in impunity.
