Dipak Kumar Ghosh (1937 – 4 April 2025) was an Indian civil servant, politician, and author. He served in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from 1958 until his retirement in 1995, holding key administrative positions in West Bengal. Post-retirement, he entered politics, serving as a Member of the West Bengal Legislative Assembly representing Mahishadal from 1999 to 2006. Ghosh was known for his critical writings on West Bengal politics, particularly his book Mamata Banerjee as I Have Known Her.
