Chrząstowo [xʂɔ̃sˈtɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Człuchów, within Człuchów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 10 km (6 mi) west of Człuchów and 124 km (77 mi) south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk. It is located within the historic region of Pomerania.
Chrząstowo was a royal village of the Polish Crown, administratively located in the Człuchów County in the Pomeranian Voivodeship.
