Christopher "Pooh" Paul Jr. (born November 4, 2002) is an American professional football linebacker for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Ole Miss Rebels and the Arkansas Razorbacks. Paul was selected by the Rams in the fifth round of the 2025 NFL draft.
