In the episode, the Sundance Film Festival is moved to South Park, but it badly affects Mr. Hankey. Meanwhile, Chef tries his luck to make some money, as many visitors come to the town, by selling his new sweet treats - his titular chocolate salty balls. The real Sundance Film Festival will be moving to Boulder, Colorado in 2027, which is located near the real South Park.
