Charlot Salwai Tabimasmas (born 24 April 1963) is a Vanuatuan politician, former accountant, and political advisor. He was the prime minister of Vanuatu from 2016 to 2020 and again from 2023 to 2025. He is the leader of the Reunification of Movements for Change (RMC), which is part of the Unity for Change bloc.
