Carmen Ros Nortes

Carmen Ros Nortes, NSC (born 20 November 1953) is a Spanish religious sister and former missionary, who currently serves as Undersecretary of the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life. This is a department of the Roman Curia which is the administrative institution of the Holy See. She was appointed on 23 February 2018 by Pope Francis. She has been described as one of the highest ranking female officials in the Vatican.
