Bishopton (/bɪʃəptən/) (Scots: Bishoptoun; Scottish Gaelic: Baile an Easbaig) is a village in Renfrewshire, Scotland. It is located around 2 miles (3 km) west of Erskine. Royal Ordnance Factory Bishopton was located on the edge of the village and is now being redeveloped as private housing into a community named Dargavel.
