Barksdale Hamlett Jr. (30 December 1908 – 26 August 1979) was a United States Army four-star general who served as commandant of the American sector of Berlin during the 1958 Berlin crisis and as Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Army from 1962 to 1964. He later served as President of Norwich University in Vermont.
