Arthur Qvist (17 February 1896 – 20 September 1973) was a Norwegian military officer, Olympic horse rider and Nazi collaborator. Qvist competed in the 1928 Summer Olympics where he earned a silver medal and in the 1936 Summer Olympics. During World War II, he commanded the Waffen-SS's Norwegian Legion as an SS-Obersturmbannführer. After the war, he was sentenced to 8 years in prison for his collaborationist crimes.
